For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Access to and use of the tkbate platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all of the criteria set out in this section.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. tkbate strictly enforces its 18+ policy and reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your age at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and casino platforms is not expressly prohibited by law at the time of placing bets or playing casino games. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws applicable to your use of tkbate.
• Single Account Rule: Each player may hold only one registered account on tkbate. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent verification checks.
• Verification: tkbate may require you to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Personal Use Only: Your tkbate account is for your own personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or manage your account in any capacity.

Once registered, you take on ongoing obligations regarding the security and use of your tkbate account. These obligations remain in force for the entire duration your account is active.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. tkbate will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately.
• Account Activity Monitoring: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify tkbate of any unauthorised access. tkbate accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.
• Keeping Information Current: You must update your account information promptly if any registered details change. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing or prevent receipt of important account notifications.
• No Account Transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your tkbate account or any associated balance or bonus credits to any other person, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.
• Truthful Representation: You must not misrepresent your identity, age, location, or any other material fact when using the tkbate platform. Any attempt to circumvent tkbate's verification processes constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on tkbate are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern how deposits and withdrawals are processed on the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkbate accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per month depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method. Verified accounts benefit from higher transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tkbate balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are typically credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours. tkbate bears no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically completed within 5–15 minutes during BST business hours.
• Bank Transfer (all supported Bangladesh banks): Typically completed within 1–3 hours during BST business hours.
• Withdrawals submitted outside BST business hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business day.
• tkbate reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. Players will be notified by email or platform notification if a withdrawal is placed under review.

4.5 No Fees

tkbate does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of tkbate. Any such fees are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by tkbate.

4.6 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on tkbate are denominated in BDT. tkbate does not support multi-currency accounts and does not perform currency conversion. Attempting to fund your account from a payment method denominated in a foreign currency may result in transaction failure.

tkbate may offer Bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses offered by tkbate, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• One Bonus Per Player: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times by creating additional accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotion terms. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the tkbate platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and provider. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution schedule is listed within each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated completion window, will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: Requesting a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus funds being removed from your balance. Only the original deposited amount (if it remains) will be processed for withdrawal.
• Maximum Winnings: Some promotions may apply a cap on the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus to real-money balance. Where such a cap applies, it is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• tkbate's Discretion: tkbate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and begun wagering will not be adversely affected by mid-campaign changes, except where required by applicable law or to address fraud.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the tkbate platform, across cricket betting, live casino, slots, and all other product verticals.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. tkbate does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform, except where the relevant game or sporting event rules provide for void scenarios.
• Bets placed using funds that are subsequently found to originate from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegitimate sources will be voided and the associated balance forfeited.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the respective game or betting interface and may vary by market, game type, and player account status.

6.2 Cricket Betting

• tkbate offers betting markets on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers national cricket team.
• Markets include match winner, top scorer, total runs, wickets, live in-play betting, and other match-specific propositions as available for each fixture.
• Cricket betting settlements follow the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled according to the applicable market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of tkbate. tkbate reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time, including during live play, without prior notice.

6.3 Live Casino

• Live casino games on tkbate are provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other licensed studio providers. Game rules specific to each live table are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, any bet placed before the disconnection will stand and be settled according to the game outcome. tkbate is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Collusion with dealers, other players, or tkbate staff is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6.4 Slots & RNG Games

• All slot games and RNG-based casino games use certified random number generators supplied by their respective licensed providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are not modified by tkbate. RTPs are available within each game's information panel.
• Malfunction voids all game rounds. If a technical error occurs during a slot or RNG game session that prevents a round from completing correctly, the affected round will be voided and the staked amount credited back to the player's account balance.

6.5 Void and Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet or game round has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the settlement date by contacting [email protected] with the relevant bet or game round reference. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. tkbate's settlement decisions, made in accordance with official results and provider records, are final.

tkbate is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. When it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect your financial, emotional, or personal wellbeing, it is important to take action.

tkbate provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to raise an existing limit are subject to a minimum 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase activates.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each individual gaming session. When the limit is reached, your session ends automatically regardless of any active game or open betting market.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period, your account cannot be used for deposits, bets, or casino gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform ranging from 30 days to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion can be initiated via account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

tkbate strictly enforces its 18+ age restriction. Players under 18 must not register or attempt to access this platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkbate platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process; impersonating another person; or using a stolen or third-party identity to register or operate an account.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits; initiating chargebacks on legitimate transactions; or depositing funds from criminal sources.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, arbitrage across promotions, or any other method designed to extract bonus value outside the intended terms of a promotion.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain; using automated bots, scripts, or tools to place bets or play games; reverse engineering the platform's software; or attempting to access the platform's backend systems without authorisation.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market; placing bets on sporting events in connection with inside information or match-fixing arrangements.
• Money Laundering: Using the tkbate platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity designed to conceal the source or nature of funds.
• Underage Use: Registering or attempting to use the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
• Disruptive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing tkbate staff or other platform users via any communication channel associated with the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbate's liability to any Player is subject to the following limitations:

• Platform Availability: tkbate does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond tkbate's reasonable control. tkbate is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
• Third-Party Services: tkbate integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feed providers. tkbate is not liable for losses caused by errors, failures, or interruptions in these third-party services, including incorrect game outcomes caused by provider-side technical errors (subject to the malfunction void rule in Section 6.4).
• Connectivity: tkbate is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, browser incompatibilities, or device issues on the player's side during active gaming sessions.
• Consequential Losses: tkbate is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, tkbate's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits tkbate's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

tkbate reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, payment terms, or bonus conditions — tkbate will provide at least 7 days' notice via platform notification or email to the registered address before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your tkbate account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, tkbate will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) to your most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable period. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

10.3 Account Suspension or Closure by tkbate

tkbate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The Player's account has been inactive (no login, no transactions) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• tkbate has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated in breach of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account would expose tkbate or its partners to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by tkbate due to Player breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is not due to Player breach, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Player via an appropriate payment method.

10.4 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

10.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
